The Plaza Inn in Regensburg offered a satisfying experience. The room had a spacious layout with cozy furniture. A flat-screen TV added to the comfort. The bathroom was clean, featuring a powerful shower which I appreciated after a long day. Breakfast was quite enjoyable, with plenty of hot options to start the day. Staff at breakfast kept the food well stocked. I faced a frustrating check-in wait, taking about 30 minutes due to only one staff member present. It was late, and watching someone get served a drink while I waited for check-in felt inconsiderate. the location seemed a bit sketchy with noise from street activity at night, which didn't help in terms of comfort. Nonetheless, I'd say it was a decent stay overall and worth considering for the room's amenities and breakfast.

A frustrating experience finding parking spaces!!! The location is unpleasantly far from the city center, and the fridge takes ages to cool items!!! the breakfast service was poorly executed, leaving guests hungry!!!

Positive, I loved the junior suite! It had four beds and a handy kitchenette with a fridge. The air conditioning was good, but no English TV channels available. Still, perfect for our family stay! 😊

this hotel was way better than i expected! the interior is all modern and comfy, huge rooms with a cozy bed. the staff were super friendly and helped us fix a fridge issue real quick. breakfast was amazin too with fresh foods and juicesss! definitely gonna come back!
